San Francisco Youth Lacrosse Club
Welcome to SFYLC!

Welcome to the San Francisco Youth Lacrosse Club (SFYLC) home of the Quakes.   We have had another successful season in 2009.

The season is now over but we will once again have another fall ball practice for returning and new players.  We will also be creating a U9 team for the 2010 Spring season.

We hope all the players enjoy their summers and the time at lacrosse camps.  We look forward to another great year.

2009 Season

Congratulations to our coaches and all three of our teams that once again had very successful seasons in 2009.

Our Senior U-15 moved up to the B1 division this season and made the NCJLA playoffs for the second year in a row.   The team was less experienced than previous years but was able to pull together for 8 and 3 regular season record and came in second in their regional group.

Our Junior U-13 team also moved up one level to the B1 division.  They started out the season a little slow but played incredible team lacrosse the second half of the season and finished by winning 3 out of their last 4 games.  Their regular season record was 5 and 7.

Once again, our Lightning U-11 B team had a great season following their undefeated regular season last year.  After dropping their first game, they went on an eleven game win streak to finish the season at 11 and 1.  Unfortunately, there were no playoffs in 2009 for this division but we are sure they would have represented themselves well.

We would like thank all the parents and players that participated in our 2009 season.  We look forward to next Spring and remember to hit the wall and practice your weak hand.
