REGISTRATION FOR THE 2010 SEASON WILL BEGIN IN EARLY SEPTEMBER FOR RETURNING PLAYERS AND OPEN REGISTRATION WILL START ON OCTOBER 1ST.  

SFYLC will be sponsoring 4 Boys teams for the 2010 season.   Teams are based on age (please note qualifications below).   We welcome players from all over the San Francisco area.   Some teams may be at the maximum number of players, so we may have to place some new players on our waiting list.

Registration fees cover uniforms, practice pennies, NCJLA fees, field rentals, referee fees, and field equipment.   The fees do NOT include US Lacrosse Membership.  The fees also do not cover player equipment (Please see equipment tab for more information) 

Fees for the Boys teams are: 

U15 / U13 / U11

$300 for players new to the program

$250 for returning players who will NOT need new uniforms or pennies.

 (You will be prompted at the start of registration in Sportability to elect to keep your uniform or if you need a new one)

U9

$150 for all players 

Sibling Discount

SFYLC provides a $50 discount for a second player from the same family within the organization.                                                                                        

(You MUST register your sons in consecutive order in Sportability to receive the discount and will be prompted after the first child is registered to register the second)

All youth Divisions are based on the age of the player with the birth years listed below between January 1st through December 31st of the specific year.

Senior U-15 Boys: Must have a birth year of 1995 or 1996 and can NOT be enrolled in 9^th grade 

Junior U-13 Boys: Must have a birth year of 1997 or 1998

Lightning U-11 Boys: Must have a birth year of 1999 or 2000  

Bantam U-9 Boys: Must have a birth year of 2001 or 2002

THERE ARE 3 STEPS TO COMPLETE THE REGISTRATION PROCESS 

STEP 1 – REGISTER WITH US LACROSSE

Establish or renew your US Lacrosse Membership, which is mandatory to compete in the NCJLA.  The US Lacrosse membership number needs to be in the player's name and is required for Step 2.  Please make sure you also add our San Francisco Youth Lacrosse Club Group ID when prompted, which is 2219878.   When your registration is complete, please print out the confirmation that includes the US Lacrosse Membership number and include it with the forms in Step 3.

STEP 2 – REGISTER WITH THE SPECIFIC SFYLC TEAM

Team registration is handled by Sportability.   Payment is by credit card.  By clicking the appropriate links below the team name, you will be directed to the Sportability website.  You will have to click on "Register Now" to start the process.

STEP 3 - MAIL FORMS

Download and fill out both the Medical Release Form and Parental Release forms.  Please fill in the appropriate information and sign both documents. They should be mailed, along with the US Lacrosse Membership confirmation, to: 

PLAYERS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PRACTICE OR PLAY WITHOUT ALL DOCUMENTATION RECEIVED BY SFYLC.
